Nothing beats grilling outdoors in the summertime! It’s a great way to add fresh and unique flavour to your dishes and take the heat out of your kitchen. Give our grilled chicken marinade a try!
Whisk the wine, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder onion powder, and black pepper all together in a bowl and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Next add chicken and coat with the marinade. Make sure to squeeze out any excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Preheat the grill for medium-low heat and lightly oil the grate. Drain and discard the marinade.
Grill chicken on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center (about 4-5 minutes per side). An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve and enjoy!
